Ecclesiastes 12:13
It has the idea of awe, a right view, a true love, to worship, to live for. To keep his commandments all summed up in a nutshell, to love God with all I have - my heart and mind and soul, with my time and talent and treasure, and to love my neighbor as myself. These are evident as we put them to shoe leather.
March was very busy and productive too. Much work has been done on two of the church projects. At Victory Baptist in Perry, FL we ordered the drywall and had it delivered. We traveled down and moved the drywall inside after Lowes put it in front of the building in the dirt. The kids and I got a good workout. We have a church nearby that will help us hang the drywall at that time. At Victory Springs Ind Baptist, the drywall finishing is all done and has been textured. We ordered and picked up the paint and the primer coat has been applied on the whole building. Church members are doing their part in the work and have two more coats of paint to go. The sidewalks are all in and the outside AC units are in place. In a huge answer to prayer, the church did get approved for a Lasko Foundation grant that will help in a major way toward paying down the construction loan. After paint, the ceilings will go in and then all the fixtures. It’s moving along nicely. Vision Baptist in Crestview, FL has moved in their new building and has had services for a few weeks. We were able to travel and be in their dedication service. Many have been saved in the recent months, and three were baptized and added to the church on dedication day. The church was packed and had a full parking lot already. We are so encouraged by the members’ work on the building and the love for their community.
We were in town for a park outreach a couple weeks ago and helped with the door to door canvassing and serving and watching the little kids. Our bus ministry leader preached and five were saved at the invitation. The gospel is going forth and people are still being saved. Sonya and Bethany served at Venture of Faith camp ladies conference. Bethany is enrolled in her last semester of a 3-year bible institute. She should finish up and get her certificate right before heading off to work at camp for the summer. Jon got to lead the singing and preach his second message at youth night service. He did a great job and is really growing in his walk with the Lord and learning to put messages together.
We continue to work on relief efforts from this past hurricane season. We were donated a bunch of supplies for Jamaica and are in contact with missionaries and shippers working out all the details. Hopefully we can get things on their way quickly and start preparing for this upcoming season. We have been so busy with other things we still have not poured the concrete for the warehouse but plan on that in the next few weeks. The training center continues to move forward. We have added more instructors and will have a second location in the weeks ahead. Between us and a church in Georgia and now another in Mississippi the training is really beginning to spread to other ministries. We are also preparing training for camps this summer with Who Will Go and Beyond Borders. These camps are for young people looking at ministry areas of service. No volleyball or putt putt golf, just all practical life skills and training in a controlled real missionary environment with veteran missionaries. If you have young people, get them to these camps, they will be life changing. whowillgo.org
Thank you all for the love and prayers and support. We are grateful to those who stick with us and make it so we can do the work God has for us whatever it may be. We can go because you pray and give.
In Christ,

Ecclesiastes 12:13
Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments; for this is the whole duty of man. To fear God is not being afraid of him.

To keep his commandments all summed up in a nutshell, to love God with all I have - my heart and mind and soul, with my time and talent and treasure, and to love my neighbor as myself.
